Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions we hear most.

Is the crash point predictable?
No. Each round's crash point is generated by a random number generator before takeoff. Past results — even a long streak of low multipliers — do not influence the next round.
What does 97% RTP mean?
Return-to-player is a theoretical long-term average: over millions of rounds, about 97% of all stakes are returned as winnings. It says nothing about any single session, which can win or lose much more.
Can I play for free?
Yes — try our free demo with virtual credits. You get the full game experience (betting, cashing out, auto modes) with zero financial risk.
What is auto cash-out?
Auto cash-out lets you preset a multiplier target (e.g. 2.00x) and the game collects automatically when it is reached. It removes manual hesitation, but it cannot help if the round crashes before your target.
Why did my bet lose even though I clicked cash out?
The round ends the instant the plane flies away. If your cash-out request arrives after that moment — even by a fraction of a second, often due to connection delay — the bet is lost. Presetting auto cash-out reduces this risk.
Are these games fair?
Reputable providers use certified random number generators and publish RTP figures. Our demo additionally shows provably-fair data: the round hash is published before takeoff and the seed revealed after, so anyone can verify the crash point.
What is the minimum bet?
It depends on the operator and currency — many start around the equivalent of $0.10–$1. Our free demo lets you set any stake between the configured minimum and maximum with virtual credits.
How do I stop if gambling stops being fun?
Set deposit and time limits, use the operator's self-exclusion tools, and talk to a support organisation listed on our responsible gambling page. If you feel you are losing control, stopping completely is the safest move.
